MANDATORY STEPS
1. Online Application
Create an account on Ravenna and search for Millennium School in the School Directory. Complete three main components:
- Basic Information Form
- Student Questionnaire
- Parent Questionnaire Deadline: Monday, January 13th, 2025. For late applications, contact admissions@millenniumschool.org.
2. Info Session & Tour
- Attend a parent-focused event to meet the team, tour the school, and ask questions. Register on Ravenna Hub.
- Suggested but not mandatory
3. Pop-Up School
- Participate in an interactive learning experience for both students and parents. This mandatory step offers a glimpse into the school’s learning approach. See the Admission Events section for dates.
- Pop-up Schools are a required application step.
4. Recommendations Request via Ravenna
- Two Teacher Recommendation Forms (one from current classroom teacher, one from 4th or 5th grade)
- One Principal/Counselor Recommendation Form
5. Transcript
- Request academic records from the current school, including:
- Current school year information (when available)
- Previous two years’ records. Note: Standardized testing not required.
6. Application Fee
- Pay the $90 application fee. Fee waivers available for families experiencing hardship. Contact admissions@millenniumschool.org for assistance.
7. Parent/Guardian Conversation
- After completing the application, a 30-40 minute Zoom conversation will be scheduled to discuss your child, family, and middle school expectations.
