The Spanish program at Millennium aims to foster students’ global citizenship and cultural awareness through comprehensive language learning. Students experience an interactive and immersive approach that goes beyond traditional classroom methods, including:

PROGRAM STRUCTURE & ASSESSMENT
Millennium offers a tiered approach to Spanish instruction:
- Three levels to accommodate different proficiency levels
- A separate group for native or near-native Spanish speakers when possible
- Assessment upon enrolling in 6th Grade for appropriate placement

CULMINATING EXPERIENCE
For 8th graders, the program offers a truly immersive experience through an opportunity to travel to a Spanish-speaking country, such as Costa Rica. These trips serve as a capstone to their language learning journey, allowing students to:
